SANDBLASTING

Cleaning the surface and obtaining the necessary roughness to ensure adhesion of the coating.

The sandblasting process is one of the most valid and effective methods for preparing surfaces, for any painting or anticorrosive treatment. It is typically carried out on steel, cast iron, metal alloys in general; for both mechanical and construction industrial use.

These surfaces must have characteristics such as to allow a solid anchoring base for protective treatments, for this reason it is necessary to carefully clean them from all that is extraneous to the nature of the material itself. Furthermore, each material and surface must be cleaned and or sandblasted with specific materials to obtain the required standards in accordance with the most common international standards: UNI EN ISO 12944, ISO 8503, ISO 8501 and / or SSPC / NACE.
